Popular gay porn star Robert Van Damme (Born: Robert Kovarik), 40, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault on June 7, 2010. Three counts related to domestic violence were dismissed. All references to domestic violence were stricken from the complaint.

Van Damme received a sentence of 36 days, which was halved. Since he was already in jail for 18 days, his time is considered served. Van Damme isn't required to undergo any treatment. He was placed under three-year informal probation.

His wife, Mimi Letuska, has a restraining order against Van Damme. But, the restraining order was revised to allow for contact related to business and property settlement.

Van Damme is currently being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who will decide whether bond will be granted during Van Damme's upcoming immigration case.

Popular gay porn star Robert Van Damme was arrested on May 20, 2010 and faces trial on June 7 on domestic violence charges and contempt of court charges stemming from an altercation with his wife Mimi Letuska, with whom he started RVD Productions in 2009. Van Damme is "being detained and is working hard to avoid deportation and criminal charges." Bond was set at $100,000. Van Damme has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Van Damme maintains his innocence.

Robert Van Damme: "My wife started beating me on the back and shoulders and head to get me to leave the room. She was pushing me out of the room while hitting me and yelling and screaming at me to leave. The intense pain was immediate and I reacted by trying to get her away from me. My right hand hit behind me and the edge of my fingertips hit the corner of her mouth. I did not mean to hit her. I was in such pain that I simply reacted and tried to stop her from hitting me."

Van Damme, who started his own RVD Films last year with his wife, alleges that she has since conspired to take the company from him, denied him access to the business and shut him out of all their accounts. She has also revoked her support of his immigration status, leaving him vulnerable to deportation. Subsequently, a restraining order has been issued to keep Van Damme away from his wife and her daughters, and his wife has filed for divorce.

Robert Van Damme: "I made a mistake that I regret. There is no excuse for ever hitting someone, much less a woman. However now I feel that I am the victim of a terrible plot to steal my money and company."

Van Damme, 40, a former professional hockey player and amateur bodybuilder in the Czech Republic, was discovered by Blue Blake. Van Damme was an exclusive for Hot House Entertainment in 2006. He's produced, directed and starred in six films under RVD Productions.

Dominic Ford Debuts Whorrey Potter & the Sorcerer's Balls on DVD

Dominic Ford has released Whorrey Potter & the Sorcerer's Balls on DVD.

Directed by Dominic Ford, Whorrey Potter & the Sorcerer's Balls stars Matthew Rush, Luke Marcum, Cameron Adams, Eddie Diaz, Robert Van Damme, Daniel Nardicio, Mimi Imfurst and Ryan Raz.

One of the most anticipated movies of the year, Whorrey Potter & the Sorcerer's Balls is the first ever 3D gay porn feature film, and was shot in Budapest, Stockholm, London, New York and Fire Island. Luke Marcum plays Whorrey Potter, a young hero who must find the Sorcerer's Balls before they get into the hands of the evil Voldemorecock, played by hunky Matthew Rush. Along the way Whorrey encounters Himmione (Cameron Adams), Ron "Weasy" (Eddie Diaz), Professor Queerel (Ryan Raz), the mega-muscled protector of the Sorcerer's Balls (Robert Van Damme), and Fag Hagrid (Mimi Imfurst).

The plot closely follows that of the original movie. Whorrey (with the help of his friends) must find the Sorcerer's Balls before the evil Voldemorecock gets his hands on it. But, instead of playing chess and other more "common" challenges, the three leads have to complete several sexual challenges before Whorrey can successfully get to the balls. Dominic Ford was wise in casting A-list models with solid on-screen credits for the sex scenes, because performers like these can rise above any kind of silly setting and make the action come worthy. Even Marcum, whose experience pales when compared to Rush or Van Damme, offers up some magical movements. Whether that happened because of Ford, the other models, or both is irrelevant; the point is that he's pretty damn great.

The movie features floating cocks (thanks to the Invisibility Cloak), a mind-boggling double anal penetration threesome while all three leads are floating in the air, and really hot sex between all the cast members. The visuals are truly stunning, and most of the action takes place in an amazing castle. Each DVD comes with the Full HD versions (1920x1080) versions of the movie (in both 3D and 2D). This is a must have. It's great for parties or to get hot to by yourself, and is the perfect gift for any collector.

The DVD includes behind-the-scenes footage and two pairs of 3-D glasses.
