Platinum Pictures Inc. Renews DrLoretto.com for a Third Season: Six Additional Shows Ordered

Philadelphia- Platinum Pictures Inc. announced today; It is ordering additional episodes of it's lightly scripted faux reality show, DrLoretto.Com starring Lorenzo Loretto (twitter account @LorenzoLoretto). Six additional episodes for season 3 have been ordered. The DrLoretto.Com show is an adult faux reality show in which Porn Star Lorenzo Loretto consults with his female patients, then has sex with them. This show follows the fifteen year tradition of Platinum Pictures Inc.'s productions. A mix raunchy, politically incorrect humor with fetish sexual story lines and depictions not often seen within ethnic adult video.

Although the production of DrLoretto.Com episodes are limited to accommodate the medical limitations of it's star Lorenzo Loretto; The quality of the shows have not be compromised. The shows executives and producers have make special accommodations for Lorenzo's remaining medical issues from his traumatic brain injury a few years ago. Lorenzo Loretto has allowed us to share the fact, short term memory issues and chronic fatigue remain a major obstacle. However; Platinum Pictures Inc. and all involved in the show are dedicated to working around these challenges to bring high quality entertainment to our fans and in particular our members of PlatinumPicturesInc.Com, our primary video streaming distribution platform.

We expect to begin production of the six new episodes for season three of DrLoretto.com in April 2015. No air dates (for streaming) have been offered at this time. More information will likely be offered in the weeks to follow.

Platinum Pictures Inc. is renewing its efforts to acquire and license quality adult content from producers and production companies. Amateur, pro-amateur and professional content are all welcomed. It was announced today, Platinum Pictures Inc. will pay producers and production companies for quality adult content for sale or license. Ethnic or interracial casts which feature attractive female and male performers with some uniqueness in presentation or context will be consider a premium.

The Chief Executive Officer Baby Boss explained: "Too often adult producers put their efforts into making good content only to realize they don't have a platform to reach an audience. Platinum Pictures Inc. has an established audience of eleven years and an expanding audience as well. As a producer and CEO myself, I understand the challenge of having to do things not related to making movies which can often fall outside your passion and expertise. I have produced quality productions for more than a decade. Now that our company is expanding, I want to offer producers something I didn't have: A ready made platform to earn money from their content. We don't expect to make producers millionaires overnight, but producers should able to produce more content, stay in business and grow. As a veteran in this business, I know that is a major challenge."

When asked what kinds of producers, cast and content Platinum Pictures Inc. is looking for Ms. Boss responded: "We are casting a wide net, so we may narrow our way to content consentient with our studios' standards and uniqueness. Clearly, new faces and future stars are welcome, but we are especially hopeful to reach the established ethnic performers as well. Too often our ethnic female and male stars have built their names, contacts with other cast, but no business income. They are completely dependent on a shrinking number of production companies to hire them. We intend to hire for our production division too. However, more stars need to create their own work to sell. We aim to work and, if necessary, partner with them for mutual benefit. The range of options we have to offer our fellow industry colleagues are too numerous to capture here, but they can reach us."

EXCLUSIVE: Lorenzo Loretto's Road To Recovery

Platinum Pictures Inc. super star Lorenzo Loretto was the victim of a tragic and brutal assault after a New Year's Eve party almost two months ago. Platinum Pictures Inc. Chief Executive Officer and Founder Baby Boss has been by his side at the hospital since the ordeal occurred and issued this press release EXCLUSIVELY to Papi Chulo's BLOG and Papi Chulo RADIO detailing Lorenzo's miraculous recovery.

Porn star and actor Lorenzo Loretto has been called the man of steel before, but people were referring to his dick. Now the superman references are regrading his recovery from a traumatic brain injury as a result of a New Year's Day assault.

Although the details are still shrouded in some dubious accounts of witnesses, the basics of the story indicate that this attack was in no way related to his career as an actor or porn star. There is not even an indication that his assailants know who his career.

According to a couple of people with Lorenzo, he was a passenger in a vehicle with a female friend, and two other acquaintances. They were getting a ride home from a New Year's Eve party. While in North Philadelphia there was some sort of a minor traffic incident involving another vehicle and the car in which Lorenzo was a passenger.

No one has been able to explain why Lorenzo and his female acquaintance became targeted as passengers, nor explain the personal vicious nature of the attack. Lorenzo was defending himself, one man against six other men. The female acquaintance was alleged to have been fighting two females at the same time. A seventh male entered the scene with a blunt object (reportedly a bat) and hit Lorenzo from behind knocking him to the ground. The assault continued until a local resident yelled that he was calling the police.

Lorenzo suffered a severe brain injury and his brain swelled uncontrollably. Doctors and neurosurgeons were not optimistic about Lorenzo's chance of survival. Platinum Pictures Inc.'s CEO, Baby Boss stopped all business activities for the month of January 2012 while she remained by Lorenzo's bedside and consulted with Lorenzo's doctors.

Over the course of the next week, Lorenzo would undergo two planned surgeries and one unplanned emergency surgery. Lorenzo was then placed in a chemically induced comma, where he'd lay for two weeks. In late January 2012, Lorenzo opened his eyes and days later he began to speak. After a few small setbacks he rallied again and left the hospital with the nick name "Miracle Man' and entered rehabilitation.

Now in rehabilitation, he is by far surpassing all expectations and is expected to go home soon. Although he has expressed a desire to return to his adult work at Platinum Pictures Inc, there is no official status on his career at this time. We had been in production of a new series just prior to this incident. That project has been shelved until further notice.

Baby Boss is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Platinum Pictures Inc., an east coast ethnic adult video company. In 2001, Platinum Pictures Inc. entered the adult video arena with the release of Lorenzo's Smut Stories. Although this was Platinum Pictures Inc.'s first video (on VHS at the time), it quickly became a big seller. Platinum Pictures Inc. was picked up by a major distributor for the new two releases, but received little promotional help of cash from this association. So from 2003 to 2009, the company conducted business with mid-level distributors. After the bankruptcy of one it's key mid-level distributors, Platinum Pictures Inc. began to self-distribute in 2010.

During her ten year tenure at Platinum Pictures Inc., Ms. Baby Boss has developed, written, directed, edited and executive produced all of the productions from the studio. In 2010, Ms. Baby Boss began to focus on Platinum Pictures Inc.'s role as an adult video studio and not just a production company by acquiring select content from established industry artist. This idea became a line called Platinum Friends. The introduction of this line received mixed reviews, but Platinum Pictures Inc. seeks to expand such ventures with female and male industry stars who own content from which they would like to make money.

As Baby Boss approaches the end of her executive producer and director contract, she has to decide if she will continue to act in these roles for Platinum Pictures Inc. If she does not sign a new contract for those roles, her last day of director/executive producer will be December 31, 2011. In that case, Ms. Baby Boss would remain CEO of Platinum Pictures Inc., but will limit her video production activities to an occasional video without contractual obligation.

I recently sat down with Baby Boss to talk about how she got into the adult industry, the creation of the "Lorenzo Loretto" brand and character, Platinum Pictures, Inc. and her future plans in the adult industry.

Lorenzo Loretto Re-Signs A Multi-Year Performance and Production Deal with Platinum Pictures Inc.

Platinum Pictures Inc. has announced that popular porn star Lorenzo Loretto has re-signed with the company.

Platinum Pictures Inc. has proudly announced: Actor and adult male porn star "Lorenzo Loretto" has re-signed a multi-year exclusive contract with Platinum Pictures Inc. Although details were not shared due to a very extensive confidentiality agreement, the company's Chief Legal Officer (who asked to be identified only as "Jason") explains the general outline of the deal.

"This Lorenzo/Platinum deal allows Lorenzo to share in video profits through residuals, merchandising profits through royalties and supports his own production banner (company) Lorenzo Entertainment. In a slow economy this also gives him a greater degree of predictable work. On Platinum's side; We have retained a relationship with a very marketable brand and great performer.
