Jaleel White is headed to the big house on the season premiere of FOX's House.
The former "Urkel" child star is set to guest on the October 3 season premiere of House as a fellow inmate of Hugh Laurie's titular doc.
Titled "20 Vicodin", the season premiere picks up a year after the events of May's season finale.

FOX has renewed American Dad for a seventh season. The animated series had already been picked up for next season, so this order will extend the show through 2013.

The lineup for Fox's The X Factor is nearly complete. Actor/singer Corbin Bleu is close to joining the competition series as co-host, alongside Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger.
X Factor must have its full judging and hosting team in place by May 8 — that's when the production begins shooting the audition rounds before the judges.
As far as the judges are concerned, L.A. Reid has been confirmed, while Cheryl Cole and Paula Abdul have been rumored to be on the panel with series creator Simon Cowell.

FOX decided that Sunday's hurricane-themed crossover stunt would have been in poor taste.
The network is delaying the previously announced episodes of Family Guy, American Dad and The Cleveland Show due to the recent storms and tornado damage in the Southeast that have killed at least 300 people.
The episodes will air sometime next season.

During a press conference on Monday, Modern Family's Ed O'Neill slammed Glee's Jane Lynch and her recent Emmy win.
Ed O'Neill: "I love Jane, honestly I do. I'm dying to star in one of [Best in Show director] Christopher Guest's movies alongside her, but I don't think she should have gotten the Emmy for that part. [Sue Sylvester] is just a one-note character."
