A private, industry only memorial gathering for adult industry veteran Sledge Hammer will be held on Sunday afternoon.
The memorial will be from 2 to 6pm at an undisclosed location on Sunday, April 22, 2012 said director Stoney Curtis to XBIZ. Curtis, a close friend of Sledge Hammer, is organizing the event.
Porn performers and any member of the adult industry who knew Sledge Hammer (born Marland Anderson) are welcome to attend.

Stoney Curtis: "Anyone who was lucky enough to know this truly gentle, caring and sensitive man who would like to share a story and/or pay their respects are welcome to come by. We will provide music, non-alcoholic beverages and food. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks, but please show restraint. He's in a better place looking down on us so we want to show the big guy that he had a lot more friends in the adult business than he ever realized."
Sledge Hammer passed away on April 13, 2012 at the age of 39.
