CBS Cancels Reality Kings Plug

Internet porn company Reality Kings sponsored mixed martial arts fighter Kimbo Slice in EliteXC extreme fighting matches ... The company will not be allowed to sponsor Slice for EliteXC's first televised matches on CBS (scheduled for May 31) ...

Denny Burkholder from CBSSports.com asked,"One of Kimbo's sponsors is Reality Kings, and Reality Kings operates a number of pornographic Web sites. Was there ever any discussion of banning Reality Kings from sponsoring Kimbo on the CBS show due to being on primetime network TV?"

EliteXC Live Events President Gary Shaw replied, "Yes, Reality Kings will not be on his clothing."

Although it appeared as if Reality Kings was banned from the CBS fight ... Reality Kings offers a different perspective ...

Reality Kings spokesperson: "The statement that Kimbo was prevented from wearing Reality Kings on his clothing is not accurate. In fact, given that the target audience for the CBS Primetime fight may include viewers under the age of 18, Reality Kings never requested that Kimbo seek approval from CBS or EliteXC to wear the Reality Kings name."

The CBS show is scheduled for Saturday night at 9pm ...
